These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Digital Ranker FZ-LLC ("Digital Ranker", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of our website (ranker.ae) and digital services.
By purchasing a service package, signing a project agreement, or submitting an order through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an entity or business, you represent that you have full authority to bind that organization.
2. Scope of Services
Digital Ranker provides professional agency services, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page technical optimization, keyword research, content architecture, and link-building campaigns.
- Web Design & Development: Bespoke WordPress theme creation, e-commerce engineering, UI/UX prototyping, and website optimization.
- Guest Posting & Link Building: Outreach and placement of high-DA editorial articles on indexed websites.
- PPC & Performance Marketing: Google Ads management, social media campaign structuring, and conversion rate optimization.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives, the Client agrees to:
- Provide necessary credentials, website access, logo files, and content assets in a timely manner.
- Review and approve project deliverables or content drafts within 5 business days of submission.
- Ensure all material provided to Digital Ranker does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms
- Pricing: Service package prices are stated in AED or USD as detailed on our order pages or custom proposals.
- Payment Schedule: Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Custom web engineering projects typically follow a 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon final site staging sign-off.
- Refunds: Due to the custom labor and third-party media costs involved, fees for work already initiated or links already published are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of all invoices, the Client retains ownership of custom website code, visual graphics, and final content deliverables created specifically for their project.
Digital Ranker retains full rights to pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, code snippets, and internal methodologies used in executing the work.
6. Performance Disclaimers & Search Engines
While we apply industry-leading white-hat SEO techniques and data optimization methodologies, search engine ranking algorithms (such as Google's Core Updates) are operated independently by third parties.
We do not guarantee specific #1 organic placements or exact search engine positions, as search engines prohibit third-party guarantees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Ranker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business reputation) arising from the performance or non-performance of our services.
Our total aggregate liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client to Digital Ranker for the specific service in dispute during the preceding 3 months.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
